2XL CORPORATION warrants its accessory stands and dispensers, hereby known as “Products” to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. 2XL Corporation, will replace defective products free of charge including freight; provided, however, if 2XL Corporation determines that replacement is not commercially practical,
2XL Corporation shall issue a credit in favor of PURCHASER in an amount not to exceed the purchase price of the product, including freight.
EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not extend to Products: (a) that have been subject to misuse, neglect, abuse, improper storage. This warranty does not extend to our Products that have been used to dispense wipes that were not manufactured by 2XL Corporation. Our wipe formulas have been tested to be safe on our Products and dispensing of other wipe brands will void this warranty.
This warranty does not extend to our Products that have been cleaned or wiped down with cleaning solutions not manufactured by 2XL Corporation. Our wipes and the cleaning formulas used in our wipes have been tested to be safe on our Products and use of any other cleaning formulas, such as but not limited to bleach, ammonia, etc., will void this warranty. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHER WARRANTY OF QUALITY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT THE WARRANTIES OF TITLE AND AGAINST PATENT INFRINGEMENT. NO WAIVER, ALTERATION, ADDITIONS OR MODIFICATION OF THE FOREGOING CONDITIONS SHALL BE VALID UNLESS MADE IN WRITING AND MANUALLY SIGNED BY AN OFFICER OF 2XL CORPORATION.
